-= Want Free Live Music? =- (how to guide)

Okay – so you just saw a concert by a band you enjoy, since I used Yonder Mountain String Band in my video project I will use them. Now you want to listen more YSMB bc the show melted your face – you say to yourself, “if I could only listen to some more live Yonder i’d be in heaven.” Well its simple and you can download the shows for free. All one has to do is go to
http://archive.org/audio next scroll down until you see the section where it says Live Music Archive in the middle of the page seen here – after that you want to choose the first option under the guitar which reads, Browse All Artists with Recordings in the Live Music Archive this will lead to all of the artist that have their concerts available to download/stream – now if you wanted Yonder Mountain String Band you would just scroll to the bottom find their name and click on them. this leads you to a page that looks like this – if you notice on the right of the screen there is an option to Sort results by relevance, average rating, date, and date added – it would be wise to sort them by date because then the show you are looking for is easier to find – if it doesn’t matter then click on any show.

Okay so now that we clicked on the show we want we are almost there. If you only want to stream the show you will notice a grey box with the track names in them – all that you need to do is click on whichever song you wish to hear and it will play, however if you wish to download the show you want to scroll down until you see the files you wish to download it will look like this – in the top of the image you will notice 4 options to download – the option you want is VBR ZIP – in this case it is the 3rd option to click on. after that save where you wish – unzip and enjoy! questions? shoot me and e-mail.

Cheers!
